The homeowner was preparing to sell her Dublin 8 property and wanted expert guidance on how to make it feel more appealing, cohesive and market-ready before listing
The Challenge
I created a room-by-room plan focused on the changes that would make the greatest difference to presentation and buyer appeal. From refining the colour palette and layout to sourcing key pieces and completing the final styling, every decision was made to help the home feel lighter, more cohesive and ready for photography.
The Edit
The transformation gave the property a fresh, aspirational feel while still feeling like a real home.
Just two weeks after launching to market, the property sold.

Case: Wicklow
The homeowner felt the living space lacked harmony and didn’t flow naturally. Too much furniture was making the room feel crowded and interrupting the way people moved through the space.
The Challenge
I reviewed the layout and identified which pieces were competing for space rather than adding value. By decluttering, removing one of the three sofas and repositioning the remaining furniture, I created clearer circulation routes and a more balanced relationship between each piece.

A calmer, more spacious and cohesive living area with better flow and functionality — achieved largely by working with what was already there.

Case: Portobello
I focused on simple, cost-conscious changes that would create the biggest visual impact. The existing space was cleaned and simplified, then updated with affordable decking, greenery and a small seating area to give the courtyard a clearer purpose.
The Challenge
The client wanted to refresh a small outdoor area and make it feel more inviting and usable — without investing in a major renovation.

An underused outdoor space became a welcoming extension of the home — brighter, more functional and visually considered, without the cost of a full renovation.
